TERMS OF SERVICE:TIME:- Each piece may be completed in approximately 5 days to 5 weeks from confirmation of the order end first transaction, depending on the complexity of the order and how fast requests for revisions are sent.PAYMENT:- A 50/50 payment mode is required. half at the start, and the last half when the piece is completed.
- Payments will be sent only through PayPal (invoice).PROCESS:- The usual process goes through the steps of research, sketches, b&w versions, color palette versions and final rendering. In each step you’ll be able to request as many changes as necessary.
- The more references you send at the beginning, the closest and fastest I’ll be able to get the piece to where you want :)FINAL FILES:- The final piece will be delivered in a single layer format (JPG, PNG, etc.) unless agreed otherwise at the start of the process.COPYRIGHT:
- By default, all commissioned work will have my signature.
- By default, the work cannot in any way be altered.
- Commissioned works may be uploaded to my online portfolio(s).REFUND POLICY:
- 25% (of total cost) CANCELLATION FEE, if the Client cancels the commission order any time before confirming the final sketch and colors.
- 50% (of total cost) CANCELLATION FEE, if the Client cancels any time after confirming the final sketch and colors.
- NO REFUND, if the Client does not approve the finalized work, even if all initially requested details were included, and also been given an X amount of revisions.
